CUSTOMER CARE / UK
The UK launch offer includes standard delivery. Final dispatch timing and the complete returns terms will be visible before an order is placed.
Standard UK delivery is included in the £33 launch price for the first 200 numbered bottles, a 15% launch discount from the £39 standard price. The final fulfilment partner, delivery service and dispatch window will be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
Every bottle should arrive sealed and protected. If an order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact First Matter with the order number and clear photographs so the fulfilment team can resolve it.
The final returns policy will distinguish unopened goods, damaged deliveries and products that cannot be returned after a protective seal is broken. It will be published before payment and will not limit applicable statutory rights.
No dispatch promise is made until the exact commercial-lot certificate, UK stock and fulfilment route are ready.
